Cancellation Policy

When booking with a down payment, the client agrees that Camila Bruce will not show up to the date scheduled if full payment has not been paid by the date chosen by client. Camila will contact you to your registered email to set up payments to complete paying the balance before your session date. Please make sure you add info@luminousbycb.com to your email contacts so the email doesn't go to spam. If Camila doesn't hear back from you the next 48 hours after contacting you (she will send reminders during this time), she will send a text message to your phone. If you do not respond to set up your payments for the balance remaining after 48 hours of her text message being sent, you thereby acknowledge that you are forfeiting your down payment. By completing this transaction you agree to these terms and that no refunds will be made for the down payment in any case. You can transfer you down payment to book other services with Camila, given that you contact her to reschedule before the 12 hour window before your scheduled date/time (explained below). No shows or cancelling after 12 hours or less before the shoot starts, will incur in a $111 one time fee. Please make sure to cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours before the shoot to not incur in this extra fee. Thank you, Camila Bruce Photography, LLC (Luminous by CB)
