We are going through massive transformations, both personally, and as a collective. The Earth is raising its vibrations, and so are we.
There are a lot of things being left behind, so there's a lot of endings coming up for many, given that we cannot continue carrying anything that doesn't vibrate with our frequency. It is simply physics. We are energetically repelling anything that doesn't align, whether our minds comprehend it or not. Which is why, dropping into the heart is so needed right now! To stay centered and focused on what feels aligned, while also grieving and mourning our previous selves without bringing our heads into it. Just feeling whatever needs to be felt, and allowing it to flow out & alchemized. So much really doesn't make "sense" right now, so I highly recommend being present with your body, how it feels, without the mind being involved (as best as you can. If it does start popping up, allow it space but don't "interact", kinda like... a movie or a tv show. You are not the character on the screen, you are the VIEWER. And you can choose to get involved with the story as much as you allow it to).
Ways to stay present and embodied:
-Anything creative. Coloring, drawing, painting, DANCING, singing, exercising etc.
-Doing chores. I know... bear with me. Seriously, it keeps you in the here and now. And you can play some music, maybe dance a little, or play your fave show in the background and make it fun! Whatever will put you in a good mood and allow you to be in the present moment while doing it.
Ok... What does this all mean??
It is a very auspicious time to really allow yourself to let go of what not longer resonates (be it a job, relationships, toxic or unhealthy behaviors, patterns, etc), and not resisting change. Trusting that feeling of moving forward, somewhere else, somewhere unknown, being something else, wherever and whoever that is, knowing that the Universe and your higher self are guiding you. The more change is resisted or tried to be analyzed, the harder and more painful it is, as you will be hanging onto something that your energy is no longer compatible with, and this resistance is uncomfortable and painful.

We are so abundant in our Spirit and Soul.
